We will meet you at the Blue Lagoon or at the chosen location in the Capital city.

Step two.

Drive you to your hotel or accommodation in the city, or to the Blue Lagoon.

Do not matter if the arrival is day or night, we will be waiting for you.

Additional pickup details
If you are coming with a cruise ship.
Please write in comment the name of the ship.
Airport pickup:
We will wait at the airport and if you have not arrived 75 minutes past the confirmed landing time off your plane you have lost the pickup and are marked as “no show”.
Taking into affect that the flight is not delayed. We will watch your flight number.
Hotel pickup:
If you have not arrived 15 minutes past pick-up time you have lost the pickup and are marked as “no show”.Extra pick up costs 2.500 ISK.
Extra drop off costs 2.500 ISK

Private Airport Transfer (One Way) in Iceland

A simple, easy, and comfortable way to travel between Keflavík International Airport and Reykjavík.

Your transfer will be in a private vehicle with a professional local driver, ensuring a smooth and relaxing journey.

Step 1 – Meeting You

We will meet you either at the airport arrival hall or at your chosen pickup location in the capital area.

At the airport, your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with your last name, making it easy to find us.

Step 2 – Your Transfer

Your driver will take you directly to your hotel or accommodation in the city, or from your hotel to the airport.

Whether your flight arrives during the day or late at night, we will be there to meet you.

Step 3 – Return Transfer

We can also pick you up from Keflavík International Airport after your flight and drive you to your hotel or accommodation.

Or we will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation and drive you to the airport for your departure.

No matter the time of day, we are happy to assist with your transfer.

Cruise Ship Pickup
If you are arriving by cruise ship, please write the name of the ship in the comment section of your booking.

Airport Pickup Policy

  • Your driver will monitor your flight number for delays.
  • We will wait up to 75 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight.
  • If you have not arrived within this time, the booking will be marked as a “no show” and the pickup will be lost.

Step one.

We will meet you at the airport in the arrival hall. After baggage claim and customs.

There we will be standing and waiting for you with a sign with your last name.  

Step two.

Drive you to your hotel or accommodation in the city.

Do not matter if the arrival is day or night, we will be waiting for you.

Step three.

At the end of your stay, we will pick you up again at your hotel or accommodation in the city. 

And transport you back to the airport.

If a departure is early in the morning or late in the afternoon we will drive you.

The drive is in a private vehicle and with a local driver.

Pick-up Options

You can choose between the following transfer options:

  • Pickup at your accommodation in Reykjavík → 2-hour stay at the Blue Lagoon → Drop-off in Reykjavík
    • Pickup at your accommodation in Reykjavík → 2-hour stay at the Blue Lagoon → Drop-off at Keflavik International Airport (KEF)
    • Pickup at Keflavik International Airport (KEF) → 2-hour stay at the Blue Lagoon → Drop-off at your accommodation in Reykjavík

Useful Information

Airport Pickup (KEF)
Your driver will meet you in the arrival hall after customs and baggage claim, holding a sign with your name on it.

We monitor your flight number, so please make sure the correct arrival flight number is included in your booking.

If you have not arrived within 75 minutes after your flight’s confirmed landing time, the pickup will be marked as a “no show.”

Pickup in Reykjavík
Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your accommodation with a sign displaying your name.

If access to the lobby is not possible, the driver will wait outside the entrance with your name sign.

If you are not present 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be marked as a “no show.”

Cruise Ship Pickup
If you are arriving by cruise ship, please include the name of the ship in your booking.

Additional Information

  • The Blue Lagoon is about 20 minutes from Keflavik International Airport and about 50 minutes from Reykjavík.
  • Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
  • A 2-hour waiting time for the driver at the Blue Lagoon is included in the price.
  • If you would like to stay longer than 2 hours, an additional fee applies. Please contact us at info@tripzig.is.
