Can you describe the pick up process?

Airport pickup:
We will wait at the airport in the arrivals hall with a sign with the name that is stated in your booking                                                                                                                                                                              If you do not arrive 75 minutes past the confirmed landing time off your plane.                                                                                                                                                                                                             You have lost the pick-up and are marked as “no show”. No refund is available.
Taking into effect that the flight is not delayed.

We will monitor your arrival flight number.
